EX Dimecon OPTI separator

Dimecon series devices enable Ethernet-based communication with and control of equipment installed in explosion hazard zones. The Dimecon OPTI separator enables the connection of a 10/100Base-TX wired network to an optical fiber network (op is) routed through

hazardous areas where there is a risk of explosion causedby combustible dust or flammable gases. A standard 8P8C (RJ-45) port is used for wired network connectivity, while the fiber optic interface can be configured to meet the requirements of the existing infrastructure using certified Dimecon PLUG SFP transceivers. The Dimecon OPTI separator has been designed and manufactured to meet the growing requirements for connection reliability and data transmission rate in extensive installations, including for use in explosion hazard zones.
